Why working with us is a smart decission ?

The process is straightforward as well, you give us the information about products you can sell and send us to our warehouse in the USA or Europe. We will then check the list
As soon as we have spotted a product that matches our philosophy, we place the order and pre-pay the amount you are charging us.
The number and amount of SKUs we will order from you depends on the products you have to offer and the size of the matching prospects in our network.
We have specialized in selling products with specific “patterns”. One of the patterns (among many) is that the SKU is time tested and well perceived by customers. The product does not need to be a best seller though, in fact, we are fond of products that do not perform as well as they could – yet.
One thing is guaranteed though – being a global retailer with partners and channels selling products online and offline, we can make a difference for you.
List of Inventory
Before we are able to place an order, we need to know exactly of what you are selling, so that we can analyze the SKUs with our BI (Business Intelligence) software (proprietary).
We do not need any special file format to work with your list of inventory. Anything you can send us works. May it be an excel spreadsheet, text file, CSV file, a PDF or anything else. Even an internal shopping cart for retailers will work if you are using something like that.
The only information we need is:
- The Cost
- Your SKU
- The Quantity Available
- The UPC (if available)
The Payment
We do not need any terms.
We pay upfront with credit card, PayPal or wire transfer from a US or European bank account. Whatever you prefer, we will make it work.
Shipping?
Once we created an account or placed an order it is pretty clear to what preparation location (warehouse) the products will be shipped to as we properly define all details on account set-up.
Generally speaking, should we order products for the European market, all products are shipped to Germany with one exception. S
Products for the US Market are shipped to a US location by default.
Other Questions
MAP
We do honour MAP (minimum advertised price) and will not sell the products at a lower price point. We know that map is important for the manufacturer and the distributor. But it is also important for because we know that we have a minimum margin we can calculate with, which always makes love products with
Should we come across a seller that is not following the rules on a MAP Product, we will report the seller to the distributors selling the product so that according to action can be taken against the violator.
TAX
As every legit business, we are taking care of our tax reports (such as sales tax, etc.) where appropriate and make sure all things are done the way they are supposed to be done.
If you need any specific information from us, such as tax id etc. for your own reporting, please send us a note and we will provide all information required.
